Returns & Refunds policy

As Resilient Mindspace provides counselling services rather than physical goods, this policy governs refunds for paid sessions.

1. Eligibility for Refund

• A full refund is available if a session is cancelled by Resilient Mindspace due to unavailability.

• A full refund is available if the client cancels at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable .

• No refund is provided for a missed session without prior notice (a “no-show”).

2. Refund Duration

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank and payment method) to the original mode of payment.

3. Refund Mode

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
